Our clients prefer to go green without additional cost and that’s what we do. How? By making different choices. We also spend more time up front in planning and design which not only goes green, but makes for outstanding designs.

Pricing has gone up for both materials and labor. We usually offer fixed price contracts and we have very few change orders; contingencies are carefully spelled out in your contract. This means your costs are predictable. You should figure roughly $300 per square foot for new construction; 60-100,000 for a kitchen remodel, and 40,000 or above for a complete bath remodel. Obviously these are rough numbers only to guide you in your planning.

People often ask in our first conversation when we’ll finish a project. The best answer is that depends on when you will be ready for us to start? Design and planning depend on client availability for meetings and time to make decisions and selections.
The following rough estimates are figured from the day you sign the contract until the day everything is complete and you are using the space. Also, under current conditions, it’s best to plan generously than to be disappointed.
For a new home, you should allow a year. Of course, the timetable can be faster, but that does tend to increase costs. A significant remodel of several areas may require eight months, a kitchen four to six months and for a bath remodel, four months.

My relationships with clients and their families. I’ve watched several households of kids (and pets) grow up, and I still get thank you notes from clients of many years past. Our projects hold up well, are trouble-free, and we are always there to help or answer questions
